In any catering kitchen, appliances sometimes suffer a lot from intensive daily use. A stove is a good example of this, as it is one of the most frequently and heavily used appliances you can find in a commercial kitchen. This stove from our "heavy duty" Cooking Range 700 series has been designed to handle anything you throw at it.

Strong quality

With any appliance from the 700 cooking range from Maxima, you immediately notice that you are dealing with products that are made from quality materials. With this four-burner gas stove, the extra thick stainless steel immediately housing catches the eye. With the sturdy cast iron pan carriers, you can rest assured that this appliance will not let you down. To get the best performance, the burners are made from chrome and the buttons are easy to use. Behind the 4cm thick stainless steel oven door is a spacious oven with stainless steel walls. The chrome rack offers three levels for 2/1 Gastronorm trays. The gas oven works with a piezo ignition and has a safety thermostat with which temperatures between 100 and 300°C can be set. The thermostat is equipped with a safety switch to prevent overheating.

Easy cleaning

Both the stove and the oven are easy to clean, thanks to the smooth finish. First, turn off the stove and let it cool down after use. When it is still a little warm to the touch, you can wipe down all the smooth surfaces with a damp cloth, warm water and a little bit of a mild detergent. The cast iron pan carriers can be cleaned with a sponge.
