Shipping policy
- For items shown as 'next business day' delivery, orders must be placed the day before 13:00 to ensure they reach you the next day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 13:00 or on weekends will be shipped the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
- Orders for items with longer delivery times, such as 2 - 5 days, are items delivered by the (brand) supplier and these delivery times are provided by our (brand) suppliers. Please check the relevant item for the current delivery times.
Although we do our utmost to achieve the delivery times shown on our product pages, this is no guarantee that they will always be achieved. Most of our orders arrive on time, but once the item gets to the courier, we can't account for transportation issues, weather conditions etc.
Please note that if you are not on site on the day of delivery and the delivery fails, you will be charged an additional delivery fee. These additional delivery charges may be higher than the delivery charges that were made with the original order. The exact amount depends on the item you ordered.
Important: All deliveries via Cubo B.V. are only deliveries to the (front) door. So, couriers don't bring the equipment inside. Before ordering, please also check the accessibility for our trucks. If you cannot be reached with a standard truck, special delivery costs may apply.
