If you find a lower total price (including the product price and next-day delivery costs*) for a product equivalent to one of our Cubo brand products, we will match that price.

Non-Cubo Brand Products
If you find a lower total price (including the product price and delivery costs) for the same product, we will match that price unless the competitor’s price is lower than our purchase price for the goods.

How to Request a Price Match

Contact our Customer Support team via phone or webchat before completing your purchase.

Provide the following information:

- A link to the equivalent product on a competitor’s website showing the lower price.
- The name of the competitor and the total price, including any shipping costs.
- Any relevant terms of the competitor’s offer.

When is the Price Match Promise Applicable?

- The competing retailer must be a legitimate, verifiable business.
- Price matches are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed.
- Price matches cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
