Not satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, we've got you covered with easy returns.
First, check that your product is:
• A Cubo brand (Cubo in the product name on your invoice or on our website), or
• A non-Cubo brand (no reference to Cubo in the product name on your invoice or on our website). Once you know what your product is, skip to the appropriate section below.
CUBO BRANDED PRODUCTS
We make returning our products a breeze. Here's what you need to know:
FULL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please contact us for a return form
2. Pack items safely for transport. Make sure that the item is packed as well as possible against damage.
3. Please return the item via a reputable courier service. We advise you to request a track-and-trace code.
4. Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused, unopened Cubo items returned in their original packaging. You will cover the cost of the return shipping; We will refund you the cost of the item.
RETURNING PRODUCTS WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING
We accept returns of items that are not in the original packaging. We charge a 35% restocking fee for returning these products, provided they are unused and returned within 30 days.
BUNDLES
Return all items in a bundle for a full refund. Partial returns will receive a partial refund.
DAMAGED GOODS, REPLACEMENTS AND DEFECTS
Report damaged and/or defective items within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
USED PRODUCTS & WARRANTIES RETURNS
We do not accept returns of used products. Warranties depend on the product purchased. Most of our products are sold with parts-only warranties (this is an industry standard).
NON-CUBO BRANDED PRODUCTS
If it is not the Cubo brand, we are limited by the terms and conditions of our (brand) suppliers. We will do everything we can to help you, but you will need to contact us and request our return form to start the process.
ADDITIONAL FEES
For most non-Cubo branded products, restocking fees will incur a restocking fee, even for unopened items. That's why we say: buy Cubo brand items wherever you can.
