Enjoy a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused, unopened Cubo products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by you.

Lost the Original Packaging? No worries! We’ll still accept your return, but a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover repackaging and testing costs.

2. Pack It Right: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Damage during return is the sender’s responsibility. 

3. Ship It Back: Use a trusted courier service and request a tracking number for added peace of mind. Any damage or use will reduce the total refund. Need help? We can arrange collection for you—just let us know.


Shipping Timeline: You have 14 days to ship the item back after reporting your return.

Refund Time: Once we receive your item, we undertake an inspection to assure the product is unused and undamaged. Subject to this, we will process your refund within 7 working days.


Non-Cubo Branded Products

For non-Cubo items, we are subject to the return terms of our suppliers. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to assist you, and our ordering volume helps protect your interests.

Return reported within 14 Days: Reimbursed 80% of the product value.

Return reported within 30 Days: Reimbursed 70% of the product value.

Return reported within 100 Days: Reimbursed 50% of the product value.

Consumer Return Conditions

Consumers reporting returns within 14 days will receive 100% of the product value (less shipping costs) for eligible items subject to the following conditions:

Part 1: 30-day money-back guarantee on unused, unopened Cubo products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by you.
Part 2: 2 Year Parts Only Warranty

Coverage: Replacement parts are provided for manufacturing defects or failures.

Customer Responsibility: The customer covers labour costs for diagnosing, removing, and installing the replacement parts.

Parts Only Warranty

Coverage: Replacement parts are provided for manufacturing defects or failures.

Customer Responsibility: The customer covers labour costs for diagnosing, removing, and installing the replacement parts.

Parts and Labour Warranty

Coverage: Both replacement parts and the labour required to diagnose and repair the issue are included.

Customer Responsibility: No additional costs for repairs, provided the claim meets the warranty terms and conditions.

Back to Base Warranty

Coverage: Repairs, including parts and labour, are carried out at a designated repair center.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping or transporting the product to and from the repair center, unless otherwise specified.
