This compact professional freezer is perfect for food and hospitality businesses with limited kitchen space. With its 125L gross volume, it is also a good model to have as a back-up in case you need some extra capacity unexpectedly. Inside you will find it has enough space to freeze up to 90L of products, as well as two fixed shelves at your disposal, creating three spacious compartment. In addition the legs are adjustable and door comes with a lock and key. The door is also reversible so you can choose which way to open it.

Precise temperatures

The temperature is very easy to set, thanks to the user-friendly temperature controller. You can set the temperatures somewhere within the range of -18 and -22°C, and the 7cm thick insulation keeps the temperature as stable as possible. In addition, the cooling cycle ensures that you have less trouble with ice formation. When you install the freezer, make sure there is at least 10cm space around the appliance to keep condensation as low as possible.

Easy to clean

The fridge is finished entirely in stainless steel. This not only makes it very robust, but the smooth surface also makes it easy to clean. If you are going to clean the inside, the freezer should be defrosted first. Remove all the products and unplug it from the wall socket. To speed up the defrosting process, you can carefully loosen the ice with a plastic ice scraper. After defrosting, clean the inside using warm water and a soft cloth. Dry all the parts well before using the freezer again.
