With this heavy duty solid top, the quality of the design is easy to see. It is luxuriously equipped with a thick stainless steel housing and ideal for placing in a cooking line. It can even be expanded with an open stainless steel base, or a closed base with two doors. You can order this as an accessory through our webshop.

High quality

The cooking surface is made of 22mm thick cast iron and contains different thermal zones so that you can always cook at the temperature you need. In the middle circle, temperatures can get up to 500°C, and on the outer edge the temperature is around 200°C. The open cast iron burner also offers two flames, one of 10 kW and one of 4 kW of power. Thanks to the smooth stainless steel surfaces, the cooker is also easy to clean. A large drip tray really helps with this by making it easy to slide out of the front so it can be emptied.

Working safely

Of course, safety has also been taken into account with the design of this product. Thanks to the piezo electric ignition, you can get it up and running quickly and safely. There is also a safety valve with a thermocouple, which ensures that the throttle remains open as long as the sensor detects heat. As soon as there is no flame, it automatically closes the throttle valve so that gas can't escapes. Lastly, each open burner is equipped with flame protection and the large burner ring has the pilot flame to make its use comfortable and safe.
