With this professional kebab grill with five electric burners with Robax protective glass, you can easily grill up to 80kg of meat at a time. In addition, the burners are individually adjustable in temperature so that the meat is cooked evenly on all sides. This grill is ideal for use in any catering kitchen, in shawarma shops, grill restaurants, Greek restaurants, but also in food trucks and other cuisines around the world. To make sure that the meat is grilled golden brown from top to bottom, the skewer rotates once a minute and can be adjusted to your liking for perfect cooking. In addition, the skewer can rotate both left and right.

Including stainless steel drip tray with filter

The motor of this solid grill is located at the top. The advantage of this is that you do not need to place the grill on a low table in order to have good access to the meat when cutting. A special electric kebab knife can be ordered separately for quick and smooth cutting of meat. At the bottom of the shawarma grill is a removable stainless steel drip tray with filter. This collects fat and keeps the work area clean. The stainless steel reflection screens for the sides are not supplied as standard, but can be ordered separately.

Dishwasher safe parts

Appliances that come into contact with food must be cleaned thoroughly after each use in order to guarantee good hygiene. Both the housing and all parts are made from stainless steel and are easy to clean. Switch off the appliance, wait until it has cooled down and remove the plug from the socket. Then, remove the skewer, meat plate, drip tray and other parts from the grill. To clean these parts, you can put them in the dishwasher or clean them by hand with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After cleaning, wipe the parts dry with a soft cloth.
