This professional meat slicer is an asset to every catering kitchen. Thanks to the hardened stainless steel blade with a diameter of 30cm, you can easily cut perfect slices of meat or other items. The blade that comes standard with the machine is for slicing meat only. If you want to slice other items, we offer additional accessories like a Teflon-coated blade for slicing cheese and a serrated blade for cutting bread. This meat slicer is not only versatile but also very quiet, so you can use it in the same room where you receive your customers.

Grinding attachment included

Because not every type of meat is cut to the same thickness, you can easily adjust the cutting thickness with a user-friendly knob. Choose a thickness between 1 and 12mm. In every professional kitchen, safety is important. When using the slicer, you will see that your hands never come close to the blade. In addition, the motor is equipped with a built-in safety. Furthermore, the slicer comes with an attachment for sharpening. A sharp blade also increases safety. After sharpening, the cutting machine must always be cleaned to avoid fine grindings from the sharpening stones that could remain and end up in the food.

Easy to clean

Not only should the slicer be cleaned after sharpening, but also after each use. Because the cutting board and the blade are removable, you can easily soak them in soapy water with some detergent. The housing of the meat slicer is easy to clean with a wet sponge. Before using the slicer again, rinse everything and let it dry. The slicer is also equipped with four rubber feet so that the machine remains stable and firmly in place during use.
