This 460mm deep pizza dough proofing box from Cambro is ideal for storing, transporting, proofing, and cooling dough. A critical component in any pizzeria, bakery, sub shop, or deli, this box gives your fresh dough the perfect place to cool, rest, and rise for the best taste. The spacious box gives your dough plenty of room to breathe, develop texture and can be conveniently stacked with others of a similar size when paired with compatible lid (CW801) which is sold separately. Thanks to reinforced sides the box is highly durable, while the edges are smooth and rounded for safety.
