This professional heavy duty bakery oven is perfect for baking large quantities in, for example, company canteens and bakeries. It's equipped with two fans with a reverse function so that the heat is distributed efficiently throughout. As a result, food comes out of the oven light and crispy. You can use it to bake pies, cakes and breads, as well as tender meat dishes, casseroles and potatoes. The powerful heating elements of this oven are made from stainless steel. Just like the housing, the door and the inner chamber have rounded corners. In addition, the oven door is easy to adjust, equipped with a door seal of food grade silicon, and has a double athermic glazing.

User friendly operation

When you buy this robust bakery oven, you get six 60 x 40cm trays. The distance between the trays is 8cm. The oven is very user friendly and easy to operate, thanks to its analogue buttons. There is a timer, which is adjustable between 0 and 120 minutes. It also has a thermostat for temperatures between 0 and 275ºC. The indicator lights on the front show exactly when the oven is ready and at the right temperature for baking. Lighting is built into the inner chamber and door so you can keep track of the progress of dishes. The oven also has an easy-to-set steam function.

Standing on four fixed legs

To finish off this professional bakery oven, you can also order a stainless steel base, including a tray rack and an extractor fan. The oven stands on four fixed legs and will not move during use. To clean the oven, first switch it off and let it cool down. You can easily remove any caked-on residue by placing a bowl of water in the oven and letting it steam at about 200ºC. You can then clean the inner chamber with a damp cloth. It is also advisable to take the door out regularly and clean it, as well as the door seal.
