Compact and economical, this Lincat Lynx 400 Bain Marie can serve as an additional heated storage unit when space is sparse. Supplied with two gastronorm pans for serving anything from sauces and custard to pasta and chilli, you can tailor the temperature through the manual thermostat to match the type of food available. Capable of supplying either wet or dry heat, you can choose the most suitable heating beforehand - for example if you are emulsifying sauces then a wet heat source could provide gentler heating.

Delivery Time
• Items are delivered within the time specified on the product page in the blue box next to the product image.
• Free deliveries are between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
