Adjustable controls

It is a well sized appliance with enough room for 10 baking trays of 60 x 40cm each. It also comes with a water reservoir for the steam and even has a drip tray to collect the moisture again at the bottom.

This proofer is also an easy appliance to operate. Thanks to the large rotary dial, you can handle the operation of this with ease, even when wearing thick oven gloves. Setting the temperate to the desired level is a simple task. The steam level is also easy to set at just the touch of a button.
