Perfect for hot holding soup, gravy, baked beans or hot toppings, the Buffalo bain marie is great for warming liquid-based food for extended periods. Supplied with two large 5.2 litre stainless steel pots, the bain marie has plenty of capacity for a full service, whether it's set up in a restaurant, cafe, pub or chippy.
Using gentle wet heat warming, the Buffalo bain marie ensures the contents are kept at the perfect serving temperature without drying out or burning against the pots. The front-mounted dial lets you adjust the water temperature to suit the contents. And thanks to the notched lids, heat and moisture is kept within the pots, whilst still allowing you to have a ladle in place, ready for service.
Even if one of the pots is running low, it's fast and easy to quickly swap out pots (additional pots sold separately) and continue serving. And once you're all done for the day, the whole bain marie is easy to clean down. The stainless steel pots can even be cleaned in a dishwasher or utensil washer if required.

Delivery Time
• Items are delivered within the time specified on the product page in the blue box next to the product image.
• Free deliveries are between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• While we do our best to adhere to the lead times shown on our product pages, we cannot guarantee these times will always be met. Almost all of our orders do arrive on time, but once the item is with the couriers, we can’t account for transport problems, weather, etc.
Delivery Attempts and Charges
• If no one is available to accept the delivery, a redelivery charge will apply.
Receiving Your Order
• Check the goods upon delivery and before signing. If damaged, refuse the delivery.
• Signing for the delivery means you accept the goods as they are, and no transport damage claims can be made after signing.
• Report any unidentified damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Additional Information
• Delivery is to the kerbside only. Drivers do not unpack or position goods.
• Large items must be moved by you to their final location. Ensure they fit through your access points.
• Please also check accessibility for trucks. If your location isn’t accessible with a standard truck, special delivery costs may apply.
