The exterior of this professional kitchen appliance is made from stainless steel so it's easy to clean. Switch off the panini maker and allow it to cool until the plate is still warm to the touch. Wipe clean with a brush, sponge or damp cloth and warm water. The appliance stands on four rubber feet so that it does not shift when in use.
