CUBO Ice Collection
CS-IF60 60kg Flake Ice Machine — Not an Ice Cube Maker
Flake ice for food display, preparation and cooling, with 20kg of integrated storage.
Important before ordering: flake ice only
The CS-IF60 produces small, irregular flakes of ice for applications such as food display and cooling. It does not produce solid square cubes or hollow bullet ice.
If you are looking for an ice cube machine for drinks, please choose a CUBO cube or bullet ice model instead. This machine cannot be switched to produce ice cubes.
The CUBO CS-IF60 offers flake ice production for food display counters, preparation areas and hospitality businesses that specifically require flake ice. With production of up to 60kg per 24 hours and a stated internal storage capacity of 20kg, it combines production and storage in one unit.
The machine uses R290 refrigerant and has a stated power rating of 400W. Its cabinet measures 398 × 510 × 835mm, making it an option for spaces where the required ventilation, connections and access can be provided. Check the available counter height carefully before planning an under-counter installation.

Choose the Right Ice for the Job
Flake ice can be spread around products to create a cooling bed for displays and preparation tasks. It has a different texture and purpose from formed ice cubes. Choose this machine when your application specifically calls for flake ice.
Suitable Applications
The CS-IF60 is an option for businesses whose flake ice requirements match its production and storage capacity, including:
- Fish and seafood display counters
- Chilled food presentation and buffet displays
- Food preparation tasks requiring flake ice
- Hospitality and catering operations using ice beds for cooling and presentation
A daily output of up to 60kg does not mean 60kg is available at once. Consider the stated 20kg storage capacity, your peak requirements and the time needed to replenish your supply. Follow the food handling and temperature control procedures appropriate to your application.

Installation and Care
Check the water supply, drainage and electrical connection requirements in the installation instructions before ordering. The included installation kit does not remove the need for suitable connections at your chosen location.
We recommend installation and setup by a qualified refrigeration engineer. Allow at least 10cm clearance at the sides, front and back, keep ventilation openings unobstructed and follow the installation instructions.
The cabinet measures 398 × 510 × 835mm. Check the available counter height and include ventilation clearance, connection space and access for operation, cleaning and maintenance when planning your installation.
Regular cleaning and descaling are required. Follow the machine’s instructions for cleaning, maintenance, water quality and any water treatment requirements.
