The CUBO 1000mm Electric Griddle delivers exceptional commercial cooking performance with a spacious 1000mm (40") cooking surface and independent dual-zone heating. Designed for demanding environments, it is the ideal choice for restaurants, cafés, food trucks, snack bars and commercial kitchens.

With a total output of 4.4kW (2 × 2.2kW), each cooking zone is independently controlled by a premium EGO thermostat, allowing you to cook different foods at different temperatures simultaneously with complete precision.

Unlike many commercial griddles, the CUBO 1000mm is supplied plug-and-play. Each 2.2kW heating zone has its own standard 230V plug, meaning no 3-phase (Perilex) connection is required. Simply plug each lead into a suitable 230V socket and you're ready to cook.

The precision-machined steel cooking plate provides outstanding heat retention and even heat distribution, while the heavy-duty stainless steel body is built to withstand years of commercial use.

A large removable grease tray keeps your workspace clean, and the compact countertop design makes it easy to integrate into almost any professional kitchen.
