Manually kneading dough can take a lot of time and strength. To make this process easier, this professional dough mixer easily kneads up to 6kg of dough at a time. The mixing bowl has a capacity of 10L and is suitable for making bread dough and pizza dough. The maximum amount of flour is 4kg and the maximum amount of dough is 6kg. You can also make 2kg of dough as a minimum quantity. Both the dough hook and the mixing bowl rotate separately so that all the ingredients are mixed perfectly.

Working in a catering kitchen must always be done safely. That's why this mixer has a safety switch to prevent the motor from overheating. You can also close the mixing bowl using the safety cage so that hands or other objects cannot get between the rotating dough hook while in use. Lastly, this dough mixer is equipped with overload protection so that the mixing bowl can never be overloaded.

• Items are delivered within the time specified on the product page in the blue box next to the product image.
• Free deliveries are between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
