Save energy and space with this Single Wok Induction Hob, built specifically to provide direct heat to woks without losing excess energy. Supplying near twice the power of similar gas units, there is an added boost function available for times of high demand or when your ingredients require extreme heat. When no wok is detected on the surface, the machine will automatically cut the power to ensure no damage comes to nearby instruments or staff members, as well as further reducing any potential loss of energy. The top surface consists of a toughened ceramic glass designed to withstand hard knocks, whilst an internal cooling fan and built in overheat protection assists in providing a long life of service from this singular appliance.
