Using a griddle in the kitchen adds extra flavour to dishes. It works at high temperatures so that meat and vegetables cook quickly and evenly. The advantage of this is that it preserves flavour and vitamins, allowing you to serve up the most delicious dishes. This double gas grill plate is suitable for preparing several products side by side. Little to no oil or fat is used in cooking on the griddle, so this way of cooking is also healthy. The grill can be used independently or on a stainless steel support.

With drip tray and splashguard

This robust griddle can stand up to heavy use and features a smooth and grooved double chrome plated 15mm stainless steel plate with a satin finish. The grill plate is set into the watertight recess, and thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue is left behind after cleaning. It also has a 1,5 litre drip tray and a splashguard to prevent oil splashes. To adjust the temperature, use the safety thermostat for temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. The griddle also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made from stainless steel

This professional griddle is made from heavy duty components. The stainless steel casing makes cleaning an easy job. Clean this durable construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. Caked-on bits are easier to clean by heating the grill to 70ºC and wiping it down. It is recommended that you wear gloves.
