The included discs are made from hardened steel. Included with this mincer, you also receive various accessories, such as a stopper, a 2cm sausage filler, two cross blades and a 6 and 8mm disc with holes. The input hole is 5cm. This meat mincer can also be set in two directions, forwards and backward. With this machine, you can easily produce up to 120kg of minced meat per hour. This mincer is also easy to use. Place the desired disc on the machine and turn on the device. Then push the meat towards the blades using the stopper provided.
