The capacity of each cup is one litre and each cup has its own motor that offers two different speeds: 10,000 and 15,000 RPM. The mixing cups can be put in the dishwasher or cleaned in soapy water. It's advised to clean the mixer cups as soon as possible after use to avoid stubborn build-up of residue. The mixer blades are also removable for cleaning, but a much easier method is to place a clean cup of hot water in the mixing cups and turn it on. This rinses the mixer blades and the shaft very well.
