The CS-SH3000/700 is a refrigerated prep table built to streamline cold storage and prep in one powerful, stainless steel unit. Whether you’re assembling sandwiches, prepping salads, or staging chilled ingredients, this unit delivers consistent cooling right where you need it - at countertop level.

Equipped with ventilated cooling, a ZEL compressor, and automatic defrost, the CS-SH3000/700 keeps ingredients reliably fresh between 0°C and 10°C. The system runs on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, making it efficient as well as effective in high-demand commercial kitchens.

With three spring-hinged, self-closing doors, a spacious 417L capacity, and one adjustable shelf per door, it offers both ample storage and quick access. The full stainless steel body, Dixell digital thermostat, and mobile castors round out a professional-grade build made for the demands of prep-heavy service environments.
