Behind its curved tempered glass front - hinged to open up to 32° for easy access - lies a single expansive storage deck. It’s the ideal showcase for meats, cheeses, pastries, or ready-to-serve meals. With 0.73m² of display space and powder-coated steel walls, this unit puts hygiene and visual appeal side by side.

Built for ambient temperatures up to 25°C (climate class 3), the CS-SOC15 keeps contents between 0°C to +5°C using a ventilated Embraco cooling system. It’s powered by a Dixell temperature controller and supports automatic defrost via a copper-aluminium fin evaporator.

Maintenance? Minimal. The built-in hot gas condensate system manages defrost water automatically, and with a bottom condenser and fan combo, this machine stays cool under pressure. Internal LED lighting enhances product visibility, making sure your best-sellers never go unnoticed.
