Description
To serve light and crispy pizzas in your restaurant, pizzeria or cafe, it's best to bake them on stone at a high temperature. The front of the pizza oven is made from stainless steel and features robust and easy-to-operate buttons. Thanks to its heavy metal construction, this professional pizza oven lasts a long time and can withstand heavy use.
With light in the inner chamber
Pizzas can be baked at temperatures between 50 and 500ºC. The temperature can also be easily adjusted per chamber. There are stone plates in the large inner chamber as well as a light so you can easily see the progress of your pizzas. You cannot burn yourself on the pizza door because it has double athermic glazing. The pizza oven also has efficient heat distribution and easy analogue control.
Cleaning with a dry cloth
Before the first use, it's advisable to wipe the pizza stone with a damp cloth and let it dry well afterward. After that, you can turn on the oven to 100ºC for 30 minutes and then to 200ºC for 15 minutes. Cleaning is also very easy: use a dry cloth or slightly damp sponge but not too much water so that the droplets do not penetrate the stone. Allow the pizza stone to cool down first before cleaning to prevent burning yourself and cracks appearing in the stone.
