Maxima Heated Sauce Dispenser - 3 x 1.2L - with Pumps - 09374102

This sauce dispenser has a capacity of 3 x 1.2 liters for heating and keeping various types of sauces warm. It's useful in professional kitchens for keeping sauces such as gravy, cheese sauce, marinade, chocolate sauce or any other liquid-based condiments at a consistent serving temperature.

Evenly heated sauce

Put the sauce dispenser in a stable work area and make sure it has enough space around it for easy access, cleaning and ventilation. Fill the containers with the sauce, without overfilling, as the sauce may expand when heated. Plug it in and set the desired temperature with the knobs for each container seperately. To ensure even heating and prevent any lumps from forming, you can stir the sauces. When the indicator light turns off, the sauce dispenser has reached the desired serving temperature. Put the lid on and dose the sauce with the pump. You can turn the machine off or adjust the warmer settings as needed to maintain the desired consistency and temperature.

Cleaning

Unplug the appliance and wait until the dispenser has cooled down. Remove the pumps from the lids and use the pipe cleaner to clean the inside of the pumps. For the stainless steel bins you can use a cleaning brush and mild detergent. The outside of the sauce dispenser can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The parts are not dishwasher safe. Make sure that all parts are thoroughly dried with a soft cloth before reassembling the machine.
