Built from robust stainless steel, this countertop fryer is designed for occasional or backup use — ideal for cafés, mobile caterers, and small restaurants. Each tank includes a removable oil reservoir, timer, and precision temperature control ranging from 60°C to 200°C, along with safety cut-out switches and automatic thermostats to protect both operator and equipment.
