The CS-S900 Saladette is the compact prep station designed for tight kitchens that still demand cold performance and stainless steel durability. Its easy lift up lid reveals space for GN1/1 x 1, GN1/3 x 3 and GN1/6x3 GN pans and lids. With a static cooling system, R600a refrigerant, and a sleek stainless steel top, this two-door unit keeps ingredients chilled, organized, and right where you need them - at arm’s reach.

Inside, 240 litres of refrigerated capacity are cooled between 0°C and 10°C, powered by a ZEL compressor and managed with a Dixell digital thermostat for pinpoint control. Automatic defrosting keeps maintenance simple, while the stainless steel interior ensures hygienic, food-safe operation.

Hinged doors with adjustable shelves, gray gaskets, and adjustable feet complete the package - making the CS-S900 a small but mighty workhorse for cafés, sandwich bars, and compact commercial kitchens.
