This electric premium fryer comes with a base with a door for extra storage space. Thanks to the base, this fryer is very suitable for placement in a cooking line. Due to its very durable construction, it is well suited to daily intensive use. The fryer consists of a single deep fryer with two frying baskets. At the bottom of the deep fryer, there is a drain valve for the quick and safe replacement of frying oil.

For large quantities of snacks and fries

The fryer is ergonomically designed so that you can work with it comfortably and safely in any catering kitchen. Thanks to its depth of 90cm, this fryer can be used to fry large quantities of snacks, fries, vegetables, fish and other products. Not all snacks can be fried at the same temperature, so you can easily set this using the thermostat to anywhere from 60-190°C. The indicator light lets you know when the oil is at the right temperature and you can start frying. In addition, the heating element in the fryer can be rotated.

Supplied with two frying baskets

This high-quality deep fryer comes standard with two frying baskets and a stainless steel lid. The rounded corners on the inside of the fryers are made in such a way that dirt cannot accumulate. Thanks to the stainless steel surfaces and the rounded corners, the device is easy to clean. To do this, use a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent.
