Cambro High Heat 1/9 Gastronorm Food Tray 100mm - DW499

With a wide temperature range of -40°C to 190°C, this 100mm deep high heat 1/9 gastronorm tray from Cambro is suitable for many applications. It can be moved straight from your prep table to the cooler, oven or steam table to minimise food handling and save the use of extra trays. With a reinforced textured handle and finger grip, it can also be handled securely. The tray is microwave safe as well as suitable for freezing, cooking and reheating. The high heat tray also has a flat bottom to ensure even heat distribution, which helps to eliminate hot and cold spots.
