Cambro Polycarbonate 1/3 Gastronorm Tray Drain Shelf - DM712

Made from high impact polycarbonate for strength and durability, this GN 1/3 sized drain shelf from Cambro can withstand constant use in the busiest of kitchen and storage areas. The shelf promotes food draining to help preserve it's life and quality, such as salads. Finger holes at each end make it easy to lift out and put in to gastronorm containers. Heat resistant from -40°C to 99°C, the drain shelf can be used for hot and cold food, and is ideal for storing, transporting and serving foods.
