Installation Notes

Our ice makers are straightforward to install, but for optimal performance and long-term reliability we recommend installation by a qualified refrigeration engineer. Please allow at least 10 cm clearance at the sides, front, and back of the machine to ensure effective ventilation.

*Nominal bin capacity is based on laboratory test conditions. Actual usable storage may vary depending on ice type, ice density, packing, ambient temperature, water temperature, and operating conditions.

Delivery Time

•⁠ ⁠Items are delivered within the time specified on the product page in the blue box next to the product image.

•⁠ ⁠Free deliveries are between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

•⁠ ⁠While we do our best to adhere to the lead times shown on our product pages, we cannot guarantee these times will always be met. Almost all of our orders do arrive on time, but once the item is with the couriers, we can’t account for transport problems, weather, etc.

Delivery Attempts and Charges

Receiving Your Order

•⁠ ⁠Check the goods upon delivery and before signing. If damaged, refuse the delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Signing for the delivery means you accept the goods as they are, and no transport damage claims can be made after signing.

•⁠ ⁠Report any unidentified damage within 24 hours of receipt.
