Each burner features a continuous pilot flame for instant ignition and delivers rapid heat for boiling, frying, or searing. The stainless steel exterior is built for daily commercial use, while removable cast iron trivets and a full-width waste tray simplify cleaning. The included oven features 6 x 315 × 395 × 40 mm rack, a temperature range of 120–320°C, and a Flame Supervision Device (FSD) operated by the pilot burner for safety compliance.

Its dual-door layout includes both a full oven chamber and a secondary warming or storage space, making the 90 Series a powerhouse for chefs who need output, safety, and resilience.
