- Diameter of the basin 420, depth 485 mm.
- Outlet tap of 1,1/2".
- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, "deep-drawn" top (15/10 mm), adjustable stainless steel feet (150/200 mm), waterproof "IPX5".
- Deep-drawn" tank made of AISI 316 stainless steel (Food certified according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), bottom 30/10 mm thick, side walls 20/10 mm thick, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, equipped with a removable strainer to protect the drain valve. Water tap for filling the tank.
- Deep-drawn" cover, made of AISI 316 stainless steel with double walls "reinforced edge" hinges with "torsion spring" gradual closing and opening.
- Indirect heating, double jacketed tank, manual water filling. Two taps located on the front panel of the unit, the first for the opening, the second for the overflow. Checking the pressure of the double jacket by a valve at 0.5 bar, with a pressure gauge.
- Gas heating, by AISI 304 stainless steel burners with stabilized flame, regulation by valve.

Delivery Time
• Items are delivered within the time specified on the product page in the blue box next to the product image.
• Free deliveries are between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
