- Frame in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Ventilated motor (IP 55) designed for intensive use.
- Gear drive in oil bath, double liquid protection (between the mincer head and the motor).
- Mincer head in AISI 304 stainless steel, tool-free connection (fastening by means of a lever), completely dismountable, easy and hygienic maintenance.
- Upper hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel (removable), with "square" inlet, for a very quick second passage.
- Low-voltage 24 V controls, IP 67 protection class, with rotation inversion (in case of blockage).
- Unit built in compliance with current (CE) standards.

Delivery Time
• Items are delivered within the time specified on the product page in the blue box next to the product image.
• Free deliveries are between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
