The ripples trap heat in the cup so that your customers can enjoy their drinks at the temperature you intended. As the heat doesn't easily escape, the outer wall stays cool and provides a comfortable surface for your customers to hold.

Delivery Time
• Items are delivered within the time specified on the product page in the blue box next to the product image.
• Free deliveries are between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• While we do our best to adhere to the lead times shown on our product pages, we cannot guarantee these times will always be met. Almost all of our orders do arrive on time, but once the item is with the couriers, we can’t account for transport problems, weather, etc.
Delivery Attempts and Charges
• If no one is available to accept the delivery, a redelivery charge will apply.

• Signing for the delivery means you accept the goods as they are, and no transport damage claims can be made after signing.
• Report any unidentified damage within 24 hours of receipt.
