The freezing capacity of this professional freezer is 600L, large enough to suit most catering kitchens. On the inside, the freezer has four fixed shelves that create five spacious comparments to store a large number of products. The distance between the shelves is 33,5cm. Lastly, the freezer comes equipped with a lock.

Precise temperatures

To ensure that the freezer works at its optimum level, it's important to place it in an area where the ambient temperature is no more than 32°C. You can easily set the temperature using the digital temperature controller at the top of the freezer. This can be set within the range from -10 to -25°C. The freezer is also equipped with a unique cooling cycle that works to reduce ice formation. This appliance uses the refrigerant R290, which is free from CFC. Thanks to the adjustable feet at the bottom of the freezer, you can place it firmly on almost any surface. 

Quick to clean

Cleaning this robust freezer is very easy. This is because the exterior if the fridge is made from stainless steel and the inside is plastic. Both these materials can be cleaned with very little effort using a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent. The inside is also quick and easy to clean with a little bit of water and a mild detergent. However, it is important that the freezer is defrosted before you begin cleaning so first empty the freezer of all products and remove the plug out from the wall socket. After cleaning, be sure to dry everything again with a soft cloth before turning the appliance on again.
