If you prepare the most delicious meat and fish dishes every day, a professional and robust grill plate is indispensable in the catering kitchen. Grilling has a great advantage: it preserves flavour and vitamins longer and dishes are cooked faster. This heavy-duty grill plate has a double-grooved griddle of 15mm of hardened stainless steel with a satin finish. The grill plate is nicely set into a watertight recess and the top is welded seamlessly. Thanks to the even heat distribution, food is thoroughly cooked. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.
Equipped with splash guards
This professional grill plate has a 1.5-litre drip tray. In addition, you can set the temperature between 100 and 300ºC. The appliance also features a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. Despite the high temperatures, it is always safe to work with this professional grill plate. It is equipped with stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil spills. You can use the grill with LPG or natural gas.
Easy to clean
Cleaning the grill plate is very easy. There is a removable tray under the unit that collects the fat. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and splashguard, the smooth surfaces are easy to clean. A can-be scraper is used to remove coarse residue. A damp cloth, warm water and mild detergent can be used to clean the exterior and the griddle. Make sure all parts are wiped dry before using the grill again.
