To grill large quantities of shawarma, gyros or kebab, you need a robust and professional kebab grill. With this high quality grill, you can easily prepare up to 100kg of meat at a time. The grill is equipped with five electric burners with stainless steel protection gauze for working safely. For each of the five burners, the temperature can be adjusted separately so that the meat is cooked evenly. For kitchens where grilled meat is used intensively on a daily basis, this grill is perfect. To achieve that beautiful golden brown colour of grilled meat, you can adjust the skewer to your liking for the perfect preparation. The skewer rotates once a minute and can turn left or right.

With motor on top

Since the motor of this professional kebab grill is on the bottom, you can place the appliance on a lower table. This way, you can easily cut the meat from the entire skewer. Cutting meat from the grill by hand is a tough job, so you can order a special electric kebab knife with it.This robust grill also has a removable stainless steel drip tray with a filter to collect fat. The stainless steel reflection screens on the sides are not included in the delivery, but can be ordered separately.

Dishwasher-proof

Kitchen appliances that come into direct contact with food have to be cleaned thoroughly after every use. Fortunately, this is no problem at all as the grill is made entirely from stainless steel. Before you start cleaning, switch the appliance off, wait until it has cooled down and remove the plug from the socket. Then you can remove the separate parts. You can soak them in warm water and mild detergent or put them in the dishwasher. Wipe the housing with a damp cloth. After all parts have dried, you can reassemble the grill.
