Description

To grill large quantities of shawarma, gyros or kebab, you need a robust and professional kebab grill. With this highquality grill, you can easily prepare up to 100kg of meat at a time. The grill is equipped with five gas burners with stainless steel protection gauze for working safely. For each of the five burners, the temperature can be adjusted separately so that the meat is cooked evenly throughout. For kitchens where grilled meat is used intensively on a daily basis, this grill is perfect. To achieve that beautiful golden brown colour of grilled meat, you can adjust the skewer to your liking for the perfect preparation. The skewer rotates once a minute and can turn left or right.

With motor on top

Since the motor of this professional kebab grill is on the bottom, you can place the appliance on a lower table. This way, you can easily cut the meat on the entire skewer. Cutting meat from the grill by hand is a tough job, so you can order a special electric kebab knife with it. This robust grill also has a removable stainless steel drip tray with filter to collect fat. The stainless steel reflection screens on the sides are not supplied as standard, but can be ordered separately. Because this doner kebab grill works on gas, you will receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the instruction manual. For the conversion from natural gas to LPG, you should always call in an expert.

Dishwasher proof

Kitchen appliances that come directly into contact with food have to be cleaned properly after every use. Fortunately, this is not a problem because the grill is made entirely from stainless steel. Before you start cleaning, switch the appliance off, wait until it has cooled down and unplug it. Then you can remove the separate parts. You can soak them in warm water and mild detergent or put them in the dishwasher. Wipe the housing with a damp cloth. After all parts have dried, you can reassemble the grill.
