With this sausage clipper, you can close sausages quickly and easily on both sides with a clip. This handy tool is suitable for use by butchers, meat processors or the meat industry where homemade artisan sausages are made. The sausage clipper can also be used to close meat nets and plastic bags.

Easy-to-use sausage clipper

This sausage clipper is very easy to use. Before you can seal the sausages, first slide the U-shaped clips onto the rail. Then, insert the fresh sausage into the sausage clipper and lower the lever. The U-clip closes around the sausage and seals it. Do this for both ends of the sausage. You can easily adjust the pressure force with the dial. The U-clips must be ordered separately.

This professional and robust sausage clipper is made from stainless steel, making it easy to clean. With a damp cloth and mild detergent, you can easily wipe all surfaces clean. Thanks to the wide base, the sausage clipper is very stable when in use.
